Over the past 20 years, we have helped numerous non-profits. We launched Moving Our Community in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Moving Our Community is designed to house all our charitable efforts. We feel it is our duty to give back where we can. We have always been a company that believes and acts to give back.
Our vision for Moving Our Community is to grow it into a 5013c so we can do even more for our Las Vegas community. Our goal would be to donate a portion of each move (an average of 500 moves a month) to help fund our non-profit.
One of our largest programs to give back, is our Moving Our Community Program. This program offers moves at no cost, to selected Las Vegas families/individuals, that are in need. The company owners have been paying for these moves out of their own pockets.
Moving Our Community Program
Move 4 Less understands that many people and families are having a hard time making ends meet due to the pandemics’ long-term effects, whether health issues or economic issues.
To ease the financial burden for those who can’t pay their mortgage or rent and must move, we have created the Moving Our Community Program that will provide moving services to a select number of local Las Vegas families who must move from their current residence due to pandemic related circumstances.

“We were overwhelmed by the compelling stories families shared with us and about the pandemic’s effects and complications on them and are grateful to be able to help. Moving Our Community is a meaningful way for us to give back to our community that has supported us for so many years. We’re also proud of our team for supporting Moving Our Community and our other community initiatives.” – Avi Cohen and Moti Perez, Owners, Move 4 Less.
Tyria Smith
“I was ecstatic. I ran around the house. I was just happy. It was just a blessing. When you apply for something, you just never know. That goes to show you, don’t give up! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the bottom of my family’s heart. This move is a blessing for us, being able to go to a new place where my mom now has her own room instead of sleeping in her chair. We are so grateful to Move 4 Less.” – Tyria Smith
Sasha Roja
“It lifted my spirit and gave me faith knowing that the little people do matter, as opposed to slipping between the cracks. Move 4 Less’ help means the world to us.” – Sasha Rojo
Michelle Mell
The move for Michelle and Brian Mell and her 16-year-old autistic daughter, Angelica Espinosa, was Sept. 28, 2020. Brian was furloughed from his digital marketing position. Though Michelle still works at home, in credit restoration, her time is compromised because of the needs of her daughter, whose routine has been greatly disrupted. (Routine is important for those with autism.)
“It makes me feel amazingly proud to work for a company that wants to help these families. It also has made me much more grateful in my own life for the blessings I have. Lastly, it makes me want to continue helping families moving forward and even expand this program to grow and bring more awareness to the people who need help.” – Eyrick Gibson, General Sales Manager, Move 4 Less

We have been honored to help the following nonprofits so far this year (2020).
Adam’s Place
Adam’s Place provides support for children and families experiencing loss. Grieving children are vastly overlooked—both in society at large and in schools in particular. Adam’s Place offers two 8-week programs into two sessions: Fall Camp and Winter Camp. The bonds created with peers, coping skills acquired, and confidence gained, help our children to increase school attendance, school performance, gain a sense of security, build confidence, and most importantly restore hope. They have been providing support group programs since 2009, helping over 1,500 children and families.
Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada
Candlelighters serves children diagnosed with cancer being treated in Nevada, from birth to age 21. Candlelighters provides family-centered care in which programs and services are available not only to the diagnosed child but their siblings and parents as well.
Candlelighters offers bereavement support to families who have lost a child to cancer. Families are provided support contingent on the different stages of the grieving process to meet the needs of the family best.
HELP assists families and individuals throughout Southern Nevada to overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training, and referral to community resources.
They help people help themselves by connecting them to services, training, and referrals they need to be successful and self-sufficient.
Heling Hands assists Senior citizens in Southern Nevada with food, transportation, and respite care for their caregivers. Their mission is to make a difference in the lives of our local Seniors.
Over the past 15 years in the Las Vegas valley, we have had the privilege to work with and provide assistance to numerous nonprofits and organizations.
We also work with local property management firms, Storage West, and other local businesses to provide fast, easy and affordable moves for their clients.
